After you have established contact with the Center for Health Research (CHR) through the Research Response Team or through existing relationships with CHR investigators, you may be ready to submit a research proposal for external funding. All research proposals by Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Northwest (KPNW), Northwest Permanente (NWP), and Permanente Dental Associates (PDA) employees are submitted through the Center for Health Research (CHR). Similarly, research awards to such individuals are processed through CHR's Finance Department.
