Andrew G. Glass, MD
Dr. Glass served as research director of Northwest Permanente, KPNW’s physician group, from 1985 until 1997; in this capacity, he acted as a liaison to the CHR for studies initiated and conducted by the Northwest Permanente physicians. His principal interest is breast cancer research and cancer prevention.

Dr. Glass received his M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1965. He served as the chief of Medical Oncology for Kaiser Permanente Northwest and the Director of Research Kaiser Permanente Northwest.

Dr. Glass is a member of the Commission on Cancer for the American College of Surgeons, where he acts as Surveyor of Cancer Programs and a member of the Executive Committee and liaison from the American Society of Clinical Oncology. He is the Chair of the Health Services Commission for the State of Oregon, the responsible body for the Prioritized List of Health Services for the Oregon Health Plan. He is a clinical professor in public health and preventative medicine at the Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU).
