Teresa Hillier

Dr. Hillier serves as medical director of a research program that includes a study of risk profiles and outcomes in adults with Type 2 diabetes and a study of post-menopausal women examining the risk factors of osteoporosis and possible relationships to breast cancer.

She received her M.D. from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) in 1990 and also holds an M.S. in Epidemiology from the University of Virginia. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the Providence Medical Center in Portland, OR, and her Endocrinology fellowship at the University of Virginia.

She is a member of the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research, a member of the Endocrine Society, and a member of the American Diabetes Association. She is also a clinical assistant professor in the Division of Endocrinology at OHSU.
