Financial Incentives in Depression — FIND

This study uses both quantitative (electronic medical record) and qualitative data to measure the proportion of newly diagnosed depression in adults treated with antidepressants who: had at least three follow-up visits for mental health during the proceeding 84 days; remained on an antidepressants during the proceeding 84 days; remained on antidepressants during the proceeding 180 days. Interventions occur at the employee, clinic, and system level. This study is conducting focus groups to reveal implemented changes, benefits, and barriers to optimal depression care.
