This study compared four strategies for treating SSRI-resistant adolescent depression. The study involved 400 adolescents (aged 12-18) who continue to be depressed despite adequate treatment with an SSRI antidepressant used in community practice (i.e., fluoxetine, citalopram, escitalopram, sertraline).
