 Since 1998, the Oregon Evidence-based Practice Center has conducted quality systematic reviews and has garnered significant experience advising the United State Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) on conducting and disseminating the results of systematic reviews. These reviews have helped the Task Force make important recommendations on screening and preventive services. Systematic reviews inform health care providers on the current state of the evidence to ensure that their clinical and administrative decisions are based on sound evidence.
