Evaluation of Patient Characteristics as Predictors of Acute Treatment Toxicity: A Feasibility Study

Robert L. Davis, Principal Investigator

This is a feasibility study with the intent of determining costs and feasibility of a larger study. The larger future study, a prospective cohort study, will determine the most accurate predictors of toxicity among clinical and genetic characteristics of patients receiving taxane-based therapies for malignancy. Toxic effects and survival are the primary endpoints to be assessed.
