Jessica Weinstein, Principal Investigator
David H. Smith, CHR Principal Investigator, Eric Johnson, CHR Co-Investigator

The purpose of this study will be to better delineate blood pressure goals for the very elderly CKD population and, through the collaboration of clinician scientists and outcomes investigators, begin to examine how to ease the translation of this new outcome data into clinical practice (T2). This project represents a cohesive collaboration between Kaiser CHR investigators and OHSU investigators.
