MoodHelper was created by researchers at Kaiser Permanente's Center for Health Research and tested among many adults over the period of 15 years.

Results show that consistent MoodHelper users on average usually have about 25% more improvement in their depression symptoms than people who don't use the program. This benefit is above and beyond improvement from traditional depression treatment such as taking medication or seeing a counselor

MoodHelper works equally well for men, women and for a variety of people from all walks of life. It's self-guided, costs much less than interventions that require direct contact with therapists, and useful for large groups like employees or college students.

  • You can create your account and complete your baseline questionnaire.

Visit whenever you want and cover the material at your own pace. Ideally, to get the most benefit you should check in at least every few days.
